Ms. R - The Images Are Honestly So Beautiful

I absolutely loved working with Ms. R! Although she had done modeling in the past, she said this was an experience unlike the others she had. She showed raw energy, passion, and confidence. She reconnected with that part of herself that she had once known. Read below to hear her story.

Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before prior to working with us? How did your shoot with Jason go?

I've never done a boudoir shoot but I've done modeling gigs in the past. It made me feel nostalgic of my modeling days. Honestly though someone who never has taken pictures like this before would be blown away by the results. The images are honestly so beautiful.

What made you want to do a boudoir shoot in the first place?

I've done shoots in the past but it's been awhile. I've done this for over 8 years so it was great to be able to get back into it.

What was your favorite part of the session?

Seeing myself in the images with NO EDITING -- Like "Damn, it's not even touched up, I look great!"

Never in my 8 years have I seen a mood board from a photographer before. I found it extremely helpful and effective so that as a model I could understand what you're trying to capture.

What did doing this shoot do for your self-image? Please share.

I guess you can say it's an ego boost!

What were you expecting, coming into to your boudoir shoot?

You were professional before as well as during the shoot. You asked what I was comfortable with and didn't try to push it if I wasn't. Very focused on work, and got the photos to me quickly. Although I only worked with you once, you had a solid idea of what you wanted, you understood lighting and angles, and you were very open minded to opinions and suggestions. And very important, not creepy! You always checked in to see if I was comfortable.

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

I like the way you described the way light hits certain parts of the body. And the way you appreciated mine without being derogatory. Mostly, you objected when I would say bad things about myself. He is a magician with lighting and will emphasize parts of your body that maybe you haven't appreciated before - but you will after you see the photos!

I think he'd be GREAT for all the moms, women, and wives out there who need a confidence boost. Hardest thing to do if you've never done it, is feel sexy - so he will help you constantly by checking in with your comfortability and praising you during posing (which I noticed you did for me), it could help reassure anyone that has no idea!
